About Us

History

Liberty Manufacturing Group (LMG) was founded in 2022 by a team of Utility Industry Professionals.  Each bringing expertise in design, engineering, manufacturing, customer service and product development.

Located in South Jersey, just outside of  Philadelphia,  our founding team (Nick Polidori, Andison Fernandez, Donna McKean and Jeremy Jushchyshyn) have years of experience designing, manufacturing and testing components for the electric utility and rail industries.

LMG was started after their former company Connector Products Inc.  (CPI), was aquired by Hubbell and relocated. Instead of disbanding, the four founders decided to start something new and continue to offer the same quality of products and customer service the Utility and OEM industry had come to expect. The four founders of LMG spent over a combined 60+ years working for CPI.  During this time they gained experience in the design and development of Connectors and Accessories for the Power Utility and Mass Transit industries.

Nick Polidori

Business Development

Listening and observing customer needs then translating them into a physical product is what Nick does best. A bit eccentric at times, Nick's personality helps bring "out of the box" thinking to the product development lifecycle.

Andison Fernandez

Manufacturing

Creating unique automated fixtures and tooling is what Andi does best.  This allows LMG to competitively mass produce items right here in the USA.  When other manufactures turn to low cost overseas manufacturing, LMG finds ways to keep costs low through innovative production techniques.  Andi is a master at identifying and eliminating wasted time in the production process.

Donna McKean

Customer Service

Donna gets it done.  When you need an answer Donna is the person to turn to.  Empathy is the key to good customer service and knowing how painfully bad customer service can be is what drives Donna to make customers happy.  If you are ever having a bad day just call Donna and she will help you feel better.

Jeremy Jushchyshyn

Engineering

It's not glamourous but it is the foundation of what we do.  Jeremy digs deep into customer requirements to develop solid designs and testing plans which ultimately deliver a high quality product that meets or exceeds customer demands.  When talking with Jeremy it is clear that he is deep in thought and thinking beyond the surface layers others casually operate on.
